Patna continue to wallow in a sea of misery as most localities remained flooded for the fourth consecutive day. The sight of deputy chief minister Sushil Modi clad in shorts and being rescued on a lifeboat along with his family mirrored the plight of a marooned city that hasn’t had a more tormenting monsoon since the floods of 1975.
