Twenty-nine antiquities repatriated by Australia ahead of India’s virtual summit with Australian PM Scott Morrison were examined by PM Modi on Monday. The 29 antiquities, the earliest dating back to the 9-10 century CE, fall under six broad themes including Shiva and his disciples, worshipping Shakti, Lord Vishnu and his forms, the Jain tradition, and portraits and decorative objects.
