Panel probing the circumstance of J Jayalalithaa’s death has accused Tamil Nadu health secretary J Radhakrishnan and Apollo hospitals of collusion and conspiracy in the medical treatment of the late chief minister, and former chief secretary Rama Mohana Rao of purposely giving false evidence.
