Amid strong indications that the government and Congress are willing to resolve the logjam holding up passage of the goods and services tax (GST) bill, finance minister Arun Jaitley said Prime Minister Narendra Modi was ready to speak to everyone to forge a consensus on the landmark reforms measure.
