Sharmin Segal debuted in ‘Malaal’ in 2019 and has worked on projects like ‘Atithi Bhooto Bhava’ and ‘Heeramandi.’ She gained experience as an assistant director under her maternal uncle, filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali, on films like ‘Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela’ and ‘Bajirao Mastani’ before transitioning to acting.
