India is bracing itself for another withering scrutiny and shellacking over the human rights situation in the Kashmir Valley. A Congressional panel is scheduled to hold a hearing on Friday 12:30 am IST with expert testimony on the issue, the 2nd in space of a month following the Oct 22 hearing in which Democrats and liberal lawmakers hauled New Delhi over the coals.
